Welcome to SportsFlex BHAM. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services
SportsFlex BHAM offers sports massage therapy and related wellness services. All services are provided by appointment only.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
5. Health and Safety
Clients are required to provide accurate health information prior to services. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please inform your therapist.
6. Liability
SportsFlex BHAM is not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from services provided when all necessary health information has not been disclosed by the client.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website.
